LabelEX is an automated pallet labelling solution designed to make end-of-line identification and traceability simple and reliable.
With electrical height adjustment, an integrated barcode scanner and access from one side only, it is easy to install, operate and maintain.
Labels are applied accurately on up to three sides of the pallet, with alarms for low ribbon, low label level and malfunctions to keep the line running.
A large Ø400 mm label roll reduces roll changes, while ethernet connectivity and IIoT-ready integration with Innius® support OEE logging and predictive maintenance. Standard interfaces for Sato and Zebra printers secure flexible, future-proof labelling.
