Forms the corrugated blank directly around the products

The WCP is the new generation wrap-around case packer, improved by a single level operation: Both sheet and product feed, and wrapping is executed on one plane.

The concept of the WCP is that it wraps and forms the corrugated blank directly around the products to create a tight, stable case.

A horizontal corrugated magazine and integrated 45-litre hot melt tank secure consistent box forming and gluing. Operators have quick access from all doors, supporting cleaning and maintenance. Automatic changeover in max five minutes.

WCP combines high flexibility, low TCO and modern digital support, including performance analytics, remote commissioning and online documentation.
