TCP G3 is a side-load tray and case packer for snacks, coffee, bakery and other dry foods. It handles a wide range of corrugated cases at up to 140 products and 10 cases perminute, with integrated erector, automated changeovers, and an intuitive operator interface.

Flexible tray and case packing for demanding food producers

The TCP G3 is a side-load case packer designed for food producers who need a reliable and flexible packaging process.

It is an all-in-one machine including case erector, filling, and case closing in one compact frame.

Products are received from upstream equipment, built into stable rows and gently loaded into trays or cases. The product orientation can be major or minor facing. Automated start-stop functions and a user-friendly HMI make it easy to adapt recipes, run different SKUs and keep changeover times short.

With servo-driven motion, automated changeover, and support for multiple closing methods such as tape and hot melt, the TCP G3 delivers high uptime, low total cost of ownership and consistent, transport-ready packaging.
